This speech by Rev. Sam Rodriguez is electrifying. I watched the speeches at Faith and Freedom Coalition by Rev. Sam Rodriguez, Sen. John Cornyn, Jeb Bush and FFC President Ralph Reeds and all the speeches had common denominator: The strength of our nation is our families and our Rights derive from God, not government. Thus, the theme indeed was about family and freedom. But sadly, you also had Alan West and Michelle Bachmann who used their 10 minute to instill fear in the minds of attendees by suggesting that the “Amnesty” Bill will drain services already allocated to citizens and seniors. Tea Party Darling Alan west even told attendees that “Amnesty” will exacerbate the plight of black communities. Who ever thought that tea partiers like West and Bachmann would get tire of portraying black like welfare recipients and thugs on Fox news and now they are portraying blacks as victims of the “amnesty” bill. The FFC event in DC was supposed to be about family and faith. Yet Bachman and West brought fear instead. So they are indeed the real “poison pill” within the conservative movement because they bring fear into the minds of good Christian souls. They bring evil to House of God and they spread fear among American Christian families. And that indeed is evil which, contrasts with the message of Rev.
