This story has me ill... For the few of you who dont know. Michael Brown, 18, had his hands in the air when he was fatally shot several times by a Ferguson police officer on Saturday. Crowds gathered in Ferguson to demand justice in what was supposed to be a peaceful candlelight vigil that turned into a riot. A cousin from the family responds to the riots... I just want everyone to know and understand that the stealing and breaking in stores is not what Mike will want, it is very upsetting to me and my family. Our family didnt ask for this but for Justice and Peace, obtained by KTVI. People looted a convenience store, a check-cashing store, a boutique, a small grocery store, a cellphone retailer, a tire store, a liquor store and a sporting goods store, among others. My heart goes out to the family of #MikeBrown and Im glad someone spoke against the rioting. I know a lot of people are disgusted by the riots because it takes away from what is really important. However yall have to keep in mind that this city had already been in turmoil over the predominantly white police force having had similar occurrences. You can only push people so long until they respond in rage and thats exactly what happened. Also for those of you reposting the pic at the end of this video, that is not Mike it is @itsrico_ and he would like for everyone to delete those post.
