This summer, I decided to stay in Kansas. And today, I stand by that decision - because there is so much good here. Whats more, this isnt a place where we wait for good things to happen. If we want change, we step up and do it ourselves. Our nasty, divisive political climate has some folks jaded. But we all have more in common with our friends, neighbors, and family members who might vote differently -- than we do with the folks pulling the strings right now. And in that vast, happy, and uniting common ground, there is incredible power. Lets not forget we have it.
