This summer heat and humidity is tough and persistent. There are days where I feel a lack of energy to do anything. Then I remember what it says in Isaiah 40. "God is the everlasting God. He gives strength to the weak and powerless. Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary and they will run and not faint." The energy and strength that comes from God will not run out! Look to God for new strength. 最近の猛暑日の連続は非常に厳しいよ。力のなさを感じる日も多くて。その中でそれで次の聖書にある言葉を思い出し力がわき上がって元気になる。イザヤ書 40:28-31 「あなたは知らないのか。聞いていないのか。主は永遠の神。地の果てまで創造された方。疲れることなく、たゆむことなく、その英知は測り知れない。疲れた者には力を与え、精力のない者には活気をつける。若者も疲れ、たゆみ、若い男もつまずき倒れる。しかし、主を待ち望む者は新しく力を得、鷲のように翼をかって上ることができる。走ってもたゆまず、歩いても疲れない。」神から来る力は尽きることのなく本当のエネルギーまた力の原なんです。ぜひ神に目を向けて望んで自分で経験すればいいと思います！
