This sweet note from a client in Hawaii made us smile. Happy Sunday and read on: Aloha! I just wanted to share how happy I am with physique 57 workouts. I was introduced to barre classes here in Maui by my yoga teacher. This style of workout is so beneficial for my body. I cant believe how quickly my body responded in such a short amount of time. Its totally true, if you are persistent you will get it, if youre consistent you will keep it. I love the variety of the online workouts! Usually when I sign up for online workout sites I get bored or annoyed and you guys are definitely neither!
