This took me so long to edit. I took so many pics and videos at this wedding and editing that down to a reasonable time was very difficult. We were all so very surprised that the red sparkly tuxedo seemed to have magical powers as Casey had a confidence weve never seen before. We had arranged for him to walk Jo down the aisle for the photographer before anyone arrived because we figured he, with his fear of crowds, would not be able to do it during the actual ceremony. Well, he did that with confidence then even though he knew very few of Jons family members he spoke to several and hugged more than a few people hed never met before. But the real shocker though was his desire to dance! He danced with us all, stopping briefly for a snack from the nacho bar, then back on the dance floor. He would finish a dance then look for and choose his next partner. Without a word and while standing in the middle of the dance floor with all eyes upon him he would point to his next choice then wave her out onto the floor. It was such a joy to watch. His cousin JoAnna had included the chicken dance song among her music choices which thrilled Casey no end. We had a large group of us who danced the chicken dance with him and that was followed by The Cotton-eyed Joe (another of Caseys favorites) so we all stayed there and held hands to dance. He made it almost to the end of The Cotton-eyed Joe before I felt his grip tighten on my hand and he goes into a seizure. It was a mild one and we got him into a chair but it was the end of his dance moves for the night. Someone got his wheelchair out of the van and we headed home soon after that but wow what a night. I am so proud of him and that red tuxedo was worth every penny!!
