This track was recorded at Audio Recording, Inc. in Seattle by legendary engineer, Kearney Barton (who recorded The Kingsmen “Jolly Green Giant” of “Louie, Louie” fame, The Sonics “Psycho”, The Frantics “Werewolf”, “Angel Of The Morning” by Merrilee Rush and many others.) It was an 8 track analog studio, recorded onto 1 inch reel tape. I used an inexpensive recorder (flute) to perform this particular song. It was meant to be a transition song from one piece of music to another but it never found its way onto any other format besides what I have now. To finish off this particular mix, I had to convert it from a cassette format onto the Audacity program on my computer with a JVC TD-W254 Double Cassette Deck 3 motor Silent Mechanism. This is the 323rd song I wrote. This tune really wasn’t a song, but a piece of music that was supposed to be a transition piece from one song to another, but it never came to fruition. The notes from Audio Recording, Inc. stated that this was entitled, “Intermission.” Makes sense to me since it sounds like intermission music. To say I actually wrote it is probably false. I probably heard this a hundred times in movies and just wrote this as it came out. I did slow the song down which lengthened the song by 5 seconds, which I think now sounds better.
