This type of abuse is heartless and shows how lazy the owner or "trainer" is. Can you imagine having your head tied to your knee with your arms tied out of the way? That is how a horse feels. Its head is tied to the saddle with a bit in its mouth. Its neck is twisted - there is no relief. The horse may not be breathing right. Certainly, teh ability to swallow has ben inhibited. There is no excuse for doing this to a horse. Anyone and especially this one should be charged with felony animal cruelty. And face it, this type of abuse of a horse IS common because so many owners are lazy and ignorant.
