This urban farm will be 6500sqft of Aeroponic towers, inside a clear fiberglass greenhouse, loaded with healthy fruits and vegetables that you, the customer, will be able to pick yourself and bring to the counter for weigh-out. The greenhouse will be 100% powered by Solar and wind power with the unused energy being sold back to the electric company for profit. The only power consumption will be the water pump for the well and septic (which will rarely be used),refrigerator,computer and the LED lights that will only be on at night, 1 week a month(plus basic electricity for running the facility). There will be no pesticides, only natural bacterias to keep plants healthy. Crops turn every 4 weeks, all year long, regardless of season! Since the crops will be growing so fast I will also be harvesting seeds and selling starter plants. Although the main point of the farm is to be able to pick the freshest crops for yourself and see personally that your health is being cared for, I will also be canning over-stock and selling them naturally preserved in air-tight jars. Ultimately I will start freezing overstock fruits to use in natural ice cream(which is REALLY good) that I will make on the spot using Almond milk and fruits only.
