This vacation was TRULY a vacation. I was completely unplugged and focused on the people around me and just BEING in the moment. I am so grateful for the ability to get off the grid with the people who push + inspire me the most, to refocus on the next year... until Beachbody hits CANCUN. But truthfully? I probably gained 5-10lbs in VACATION MODE. Im definitely doing the Ultimate Reset for the first time ever to RESET + get all these toxins and junk out of my system. After being surrounded by the experts for a week, it became very clear that this is something I should be doing twice a year at least. I am looking for a VERY SELECT FEW people to keep me accountable and do the Ultimate Reset alongside me. Message me if youre in.
