This verse is an idiom that Jesus used in Matthew 24:19, and Mark - TopicsExpress

This verse is an idiom that Jesus used in Matthew 24:19, and Mark 13:17, and is directed to those people of the House of Israel that are living in the last days when Satan comes to earth to rule. It is referring to those that are spiritually with child, and give suck or service to Satans system. Matthew 24:19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! Mark 13:17 But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! To travail with child spiritually speaking means that you have given yourself over to Satan. You have done it in ignorance because you believe that he is the true Messiah. You have done this because you have been taught to believe that way through your traditions and doctrine. The desolate are those that are numb or stupified in their minds. Jesus is giving those that turn themselves over to the Antichrist a woe, which is a severe warning. Many Christians that do love the Lord today, will be taken instantly and wed to Satan upon His return because they simply do not know the difference between the coming of the first christ, Satan, and the second advent of our Lord Jesus Christ. Those that stay barren at this time are Gods elect. They will have nothing to do with that false messiah. They know exactly who Satan is when He arrives here on earth, and these elect will give Satan no respect at all. When Jesus was carrying his cross up that hill on His way to be crucified on Calvarys hill, the women of Jerusalem were standing by and weeping for Jesus. When Jesus saw them weeping, He turned to them and spoke these words. Luke 23:28-31 But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for Me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children. [28] For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, `Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck. [29] Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, `Fall on us; and to the hills, `Cover us. [30] For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry? [31] Jesus is asking; if they will do this to the Christ when blood is still in His vains, what will they do in the time when the Holy Spirit comes? If they would not accept Me, when they can see me and hear My words, what will they do with the Comforter, when they can not see nor touch. Gods elect will know Him and remain true and loyal until the sounding of the very last trumpet. They will know the fake for what he is, and stay clear of everything about false christ. They will remain a virgin spiritually, and stay true to our true husband. Frankly speaking, Gods election are already Gods wife, chosen before the foundation of this earth age, judged and set apart. Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: Ephesians 1:4 According as He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love: Ephesians 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, Gods elect were set aside and chosen because of the stand that each of the elect took in that first earth age. They all stood against Satan at His fall, and remained true to the Father. Every last one of them shall remain true to God in this earth age of the flesh and each will be found worthy on the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
