This version of videotape makes me burst into tears every time. I have to make sure no one is around if I watch if. Its so pretty. This video cracks me up because his ears are purple, must have been cold in there. Plus at the very beginning you which is cut off you can see his feet dont touch the ground hes so little. When I stand next to him hes about my mom or sisters height 5 4. Look at how young he looked just a short 7 or 8 years ago. His skin is flawless. The end of this video gets me every time. Straight to the heart with all that humming and piano playing. Hes so good at stripping songs down to their bare essentials and making them sound either just as good or better. When a song is new he sings it with the emotions that it truly evoked when writing it. By the time its played 10 or more times its no longer his. It belongs to the public. When he sings and he means it, it will make you cry. Thom never holds back with his emotions. Thats what makes his songs so identifiable and relatable. Weve all been heartbroken, weve all been in love with someone we cant have and weve all loved people who continue to hurt us but we still Love them. Hes always been good at taking those emotions and pouring them into songs. When he says something he means it. In real Life hes not the most articulate, but when he has time to think about what he is going to say he nails it.
