This vid pretty much lays the Second Amendmet out in simple concise terms.. Justice Stevens erred in his dissent IMHO when he failed to see the reason for an armed populace. The state militias are being formed and New York already has an organized State Guard, separate from the Nat. and Reserve Guard.
