This video from Aquiess proves that as an Australian company, it has been experimenting with frequency technology to create rain in Australia since the 90s. The CEO puts his foot in it by saying that they dont use chemicals like the others do ( aka chemtrails and cloud seeding), he says frequency technology methods are safer due to not using chemicals ( that means what the others were doing was not safe)- He also said his company was responsible for putting out the fires on Black Saturday 2009 ( If they had the tech and were using it why didnt they stop the disaster before it happened).
