This video is brilliant, the man is only 26 and he has Als, i admire people like this because he is still moving forward to the best of his ability. Ill put my hands up and admit i did not have a clue what the illness is or what it can/could do, i googled it but all i got was paragraphs after paragraphs describing and explaining what it is....but thats it they are just words but in this you feel the terror you can see first hand the effect it has on their lives and through his emotions you actually understand why this needs to be brought to the attention of the masses and not just throw ice water over yourselves but be aware of the condition to hopefully make a change youtu.be/h07OT8p8Oik
