This video is extremely graphic and disturbing. I stay away from entertainment that depicts this type of violence as I find it dehumanizing, but this is real life. In Manteca, California in 2011. I post this to contrast the article about the Richmond police department training their officers in other methods than bullets - and if bullets are necessary than one is enough. I am not trained in police force, but the cops in this video appear to be heartless morons moving in fear around a man dying with 11 bullets in him. I would guess an abhorrent level of training for such a difficult job is more likely the case. My heart is breaking.
