This video is long, but it is really important to listen to all the way through. I have been telling everyone to support HR 3040 by calling or emailing their representatives in Washington, but this gives you a clear reason for that support. Dont let your representative let you down. Make them vote for two man crews on all trains and not just the dangerous Bakken oil trains. These trains travel through your towns every day. You just dont know about it.
