Thanks to The Palestine Project for sharing it, & for the introductory text: Via Denny Cormier (In Gaza) The Tent Confronts the Storm - a documentary about what it is like to live through the storms when you are living in a tent or temporary structure in Shujaya - the large area near the border with Israel that was devastated during the summer attacks on Gaza. This is the area that was the backdrop for Gaza Through My Eyes - Episode 1. Now I can tell you that tonights storm is 100 times worse (minimally) - gale force winds, cold temps, rain and snow. You should know the circumstances of the people who you are supporting. It will make you want to take the gloves off. Denny Just so that you are aware, people are facing the exact situation in Khuzaa, in Beit Hanoun, in Beit Lahia - in many cities and villages throughout Gaza - even for some right here in Gaza City. Even those in caravans (trailers) have little protection from the elements tonight.
