This video is terrible quality, but it shows Ralphs new way of eating his baby food. Yep, human baby food, all meat. He gets so hungry that he wants to bolt anything he eats, but then the chunks of even superfine pate food hurts his gums behind his molars. And now he has decided that he wont even try something unless he has a tester, like one of his sibs. So at lack of another cat, I pretended to taste the baby food on a spoon. Ralph was super interested in the spoon, so I let him luck it. TADA! If I get a thin coating on the back of the spoon and let him kick it off, it goes slow enough that his tongue channels it right down the middle, no where near his gums. It takes a while, but thats fine with me! Hes particularly find of turkey, chicken is ok, and this one is beef. Vet appt tomorrow, wish us luck. Blessings, Ralphs mom, Cristine
