This video is to show points of my training and why. First, from the pull to the bar path everything is wrong. The point of this is::: Im fatigued, my mind is not there, not enough sleep. These are not excuses, these are points. I will go 5 days on, 1 day off. 3 days on, 2 days off. I will do double sessions. I will maximize intensity, I will take 4 rest days in a row. I will learn through self assessment on how all this interacts with training for an athlete. I want to know why there feeling drained, I want to know why staying up studying can effect other things. How daily stress of any kind can be a burden. When you lead a team you have to know were your going. You need answers, you need to be on top and by this self assessment project I will lead my team to victory. #selfemployedtestdummy #keeplearning
