This video is very disturbing and is the result, in my opinion, of the Cowboy Cop Syndrome that is either on the rise or we are just becoming more sensitive to it, I dont know -- but to learn that this is the second death of an innocent person in Beavercreek (according to DDN) at the hands of Officer Williams. This tape and the statements I read from the Officers makes me wonder even more, what is going on in the Beavercreek police department? These cops are amateurs. At first, you do no harm and this is clearly not evident with officer Williams. I would like to see some accountability on the part of the man and the agencies obligation to operate a public service without killing innocent people.
