This video made me cry. How can someone not return this womans dog to her???? myfoxhouston/video?clipId=10992297&autoStart=true And it happens more than you think! A friend of mine just adopted a dog from a rescue group this week. 2 days later, she saw the dog on a fb post listed as missing! She had been told by the group that the dog, and the dog he came in with, were owner surrenders! She contacted the rescue for them to contact the owner... which they had NO intention of doing!!!! My friend called the dogs owner to return her dog to her, and tell her who has her other dog!!! I dont know if the other dog has been returned yet.
