This video raises lots of questions, but heres one I have: Fast forward to 18:00 when the cops smash this guys window to pull him out of the car and arrest him. One of the first things they do immediately after they smash the window - even before they have cuffed the guy - is grab his camera thats filming the incident and turn it off. Whats the legitimate law enforcement purpose for that? If this is indeed an interaction where the persons behavior rises to criminal conduct, doesnt it seem like thats destruction of evidence?
