This video recorded in Edmonton is not from the candle light vigil from any recent tragic event like The43 students murdered in Mexico, The racial Ferguson shooting of Michael Brown, Palestinians killed from Israeli bombing early this year, the soldier Nathan Cirillo who was shot in Ottawa or the young first nations Tina Fontaine who was another missing/murdered aboriginal girl in Canada - Indeed there were a lot of candle light vigils in Edmonton and across Canada this year - But this video was a candle light vigil that took place in front of Edmonton City Hall in 2011. They read the names of the dead each and everyone of them murdered by the Assad regime of Syria. Today the nations communists, Irans PRESS TV, Alex Jones of INFOWAR, and many many more right wing and left wing media claim these atrocities never happened in Syria.... Last week I listened to a man via Skype during a communist/ Marxist Leninist I was invited to as a guest swear that these deaths in Syria never happened and they were all lies propagated by the Imperialists, Zionists and Obama ... This week it was announced by the UN that can no longer find the money to help care for the 3 million Syrians refugees who have fled Syria into neighboring countries. It was also announced this week that this will be the biggest humanitarian emergency of this era.... The Syrian people were ignored by the Harper Government and Corporate media back in 2011 when they pleaded for not violent responses by the Canadian Government against the murderous Assad regime....
