This video reminds me of a lot of Black people. Incredibly lazy, immature, ignorant, myopic and cannot take anything seriously. Its like they hear you but dont really get it or they too distracted by the most trivial of things to care or place proper context, value or priority on things/tasks. This goes equally too for the so-called intellectuals, conscious community, black nationalists and pan- Afrikans. I find myself in a heated love/hate relationship with my people, because I can see we are a hotbed of amazing and unparalleled potential, but as a collective we waste so much time, energy and resources because we cant get serious about anything. We always want someone else to do what we know we should be doing. You could tell the Black collective that in 5 years time Black people would cease to exist on the planet from threat X unless they organized themselves and took serious measures to ensure their own survival. I guarantee that most of these folk would do nothing but the exact same thing they have been doing all along at an even more intense rate. Those who are serious about help in our people, how can we stop or lessen this sort of apathy.
