This video shows how the jet stream will be like from today through the midnight next monday night. The time stamp you can see on the top right corner. Just subtract 5 hrs from the time tamp. As u will see there will be a trough in the region through noon friday before a ridge builds into the state by late friday. By next saturday the jet stream will push north of the state bringing in some half way warmer air into the state. There will be a significant ridge will be in place next sunday filltering in even warmer air. But, the ridge will start breaking diwn again by next monday as a trough will dig back into the state by late next monday evening and will be right back into a deep trough by next tuesday which will bring back the cold temps again.
