This video was taken of my son, Robert Medley, at The Getaway Bar March 30th 2014 at 7:08pm, at about 8:30pm there was an altercation with another Patron. Im hoping by posting this it will jog peoples memories and they will come forward with what they know. Please share! Thank you! Jean Robbys Mama I am looking for answers to my Brothers unexplained death, Robert Medley. He was last seen being chased from The Getaway Bar on Gandy Blvd. He was in an altercation with another patron. This person admitted throwing the first swing. My Son was then chased down the beach by at least three people, two believed to be bar employees and one the brother of the man that was involved in the fight. I am asking that anyone at the Getaway Bar or on the Gandy beach that night please come forward no matter how insignificant you think the information may be, please report it to Tampa PD, Detective Sandel 813-276-3508 or to Crime Stoppers. I know that one of the Bar employees that no longer works there has never been interview and it has been four months since my Brother Robert was found dead in the waters of Tampa Bay a week after he went missing. Due to the length of time of Robby being in the water, the Medical Examiner could not determine a manner or cause of death. As his Brother I am begging that someone come forward with any information at all. I am also asking that this person be found and interviewed. I have heard conflicting stories about people involved leaving the bar after Robby left and then coming back some time later. I do not believe my Brother got in that water on his own free will. He had articles of clothing along with his wallet that were missing when his body was found. PLEASE Share any information you have.
