This was How I met Trains In Nigeria. We have been night and day to change the face of the Rail system in Nigeria. Nigerians today commute on modern air-conditioned trains like those living in Europe and the US, mainly those living close to completed train routes. Petrol and Diesel to the Northern Nigeria are ferried by Train. This saves lives by avoiding accidental deaths from tankers falling and setting dozens of vehicles and passenger on fire. It also makes the products cheaper, as middlemen and tanker union will not hold people to ransom and available. Last week, I commissioned the Enugu - Aba- PH route. The last phase of PH - Otukpo -Igumale - Makurdi - Kafanchan - Kuru - Bauchi - Gombe - Maiduguri is nearing completion. Lagos to Ibadan is fully operational with airconditioned trains. The Lagos to Kano has been operational in the last 2 years and more trains are purchased to decongest the route. God will take every glory!!! I know there are people who peddled lies and propaganda, that no work was going on our railways, just to score political point, but as at this day, the Train lines are wearing a new face. It is only Forward and progress that I pray for the country that I so much love, Nigeria, and working hard to bring a better life for Nigerians today and those yet unborn. I am very sure that history will be very kind to me. God Bless Nigeria!!!
