This was a challenge to take a photo of. The glare was super bright since the sun was at the side where the breaks on the leaves are and yet there were A LOT of super dark areas because the bird was under the canopy PLUS the wind was very strong so the leaves kept on moving and the branch was swaying too. I took a lot of shots because I didnt know if I would even be able to get a single nice shot because of all the factors involved. I gave up way too soon compared to Becky. Beckys passion for photography is truly a welcome treat :-) When I first saw this bird, I was alone because Carmela, Marts and Becky were out looking for the owl and Mike left early for Manila. I took 4 shots and gave up. Its a good thing I told Mela that I saw a white-eared brown dove up in the tree and she looked at me in disbelief and said ARE YOU SURE its a white-eared brown dove? so I said yes, you can take a look for yourself because I think its still there but it moved a little to a darker area. They looked and then they saw it and she got so excited and then we all got excited so I took more shots then we had halo-halo for merienda.
