This was a good one. Nearly choked on my cup of tea, it was so hilarious !! - - - Its a pity that lawyer doesnt talk about the bit in the Agreement that says non Facebook users will be able to see your content... ???? Who the heck are non Facebook users ??? Would that be US giving OUR permission to the authorities to come and trawl through our stuff ?? - You know... the likes of your local Police, Child Youth and Family, your ex-wifes lawyer, BayCorp, your kids school principal - like if your kid keeps getting too many bruises from playing bullrush with his/her cousins all weekend, Land Transport, your insurance company, your bank, Work and Income.... The lawyer also doesnt address how ALL your content will be used by Facebook as it wishes. Your content will become Facebooks content, non-exclusive ownership is the term they use, I beLIEve. Facebook will SELL anything of YOURS that looks any good, to their advertisers and business partners - for a price of course. We dont get to see any of that money. We give up that right when we Agree to Facebooks new TOS Policy on Jan 1, 2015. And if we want to dispute anything that Fb screws us over on, we have to go to California and appoint a Californian lawyer to prosecute. The nice fancy lawyer with the nice fancy website didnt mention any of that now, did he ?? I wonder how much Fb paid HIM to set up his little scam, to set all the little sheeple at ease ??? vice/read/i-asked-a-lawyer-how-facebooks-new-terms-will-affect-my-online-life-183
