This was a photo retouch from a while back. The original image was a stock from Deviantart. If you know the original link let me know i cant remember. Changed a lot of the colors to liven it up and give it a sunset kind of tone to the image by adjusting curves and digitaly painting in certain areas. as well as adding more bubbles to make it a bit more animated.
