This was a prophecy made by an Indian Prophet about my country Philippines giving precise locations of impending disasters. Typhoon Haiyan that happened in November of last year happened just as he described where he described. The flesh-eating disease he prophesied about showed up in Pangasinan just as he said it would in February. However, it did not spread (I hope) and I think it is because of prayer intercession of those who heard and headed. In these days, God has also called up Intercessors all over the US to intercede on behalf of the nation so disasters stored up for our collective sins will not come to pass. Thankfully, men and women of prayer have risen up all over the country interceding in the secrecy of their closets, gathering in private homes regularly to pray, and church organized prayer movements. Prophecies are not to scare us, they are to warn us so we can take action. Jeremiah was sent to warn Israel but they did not heed thus their hundreds of years of exile and suffering. God sent Jonah to warn Nineveh and the King called the people to fast and pray and God honored their repentance and did not destroy them. Today we are faced with the choice to repent and turn back to God or suffer the consequences. Today we are called to intercede in prayer for our nation so God will not pour the cup of wrath prepared for us because of our great sins. What are YOU going to do about it?
