This was a really amazing documentary about the restoration project on the Loess Plateau in China and similar projects around the world. These projects use permaculture techniques and in Loess, impacted over 2.5 million people. Although permaculture is often thought of as impactful for small scale, Loess is an absolutely gigantic project.
