This was from Fridays leg workout where I hit a new personal record for deadlifts while repping that @flexforall Ogus Cake Quit Being a Lil BISH!! shirt. I worked up to 475 x 5 for 3 total sets. After I completed my goal, I said the hell with it, and threw on 5 plates. I managed 495 pounds for 4 reps, which is a huge life time PR for me! This surplus has been on another level for me these past 5 weeks. Im so excited to hit the gym every day - training hard and training smart. The gains are upon us
