This was in the Austin paper, they explain it as potato flatbread and I call mine a norwegian flatbread, because my Grandma did not put potato in her recipe and that is what is my Dads family called it being from Norway! It was interesting to read the article and I might have to get with my official tasters (Chad and Tony!!) for my next batch, because the recipe in the paper calls for alittle whipped cream, hmmm?
