This was interesting too. I have been here on hundreds of low tides and this area was always under water. This appears to be a device that is used to pull boats into shore or at the every least to put a rope into the holes as a sort of anchor on the shoreline..Must be very old though..It moves from one side to another too..There are many other rusted pieces from ships and boats all over the place..The last two pictures look like a rock but this is actuals a long piece of metal, you can see a bit of the Iron at the top right of one of the images..
