This was last nights dinner lol spinach chicken and steam garlic butter vegetables with half a teaspoon of soy sauce. It was delicious! I had an apple for a snack later too! I also did my measurements and ive toned Up 1 inch all over, Im so happy! Still the same weight though cause im gaining muscles. My stamina has also increased and ive learned to control my asthma when im running, things are looking well and im finally doing something right haha just gotta keep disciplining myself! :)
