This was murder....yes I read the entire report. They had his cooperation, yet they flash bang and an Officer aggressively moves in w/K-9 on a clearly unstable person. WHETHER KNIVES WERE DRAWN OR NOT!!!!! These Officers had good reactionary space between themselves and the subject, they gained cooperation through interpersonal skills, they had all of the tactical advantages with AR-15s at the ready trained on him as he was putting his gear on, AND he never moved forward on them or the dog. THEN, according to THEIR report and censored video he puts his back to them before non-lethal AND LIVE AMMO was deployed, somebody fired that wasnt supposed to or they never had any intention of letting their local pain in the ass leave that hill alive. Cant wait for the M.E.s report. Unjustified homocide, period. Im quite sure the Officers engaged in some very CREATIVE REPORT WRITING while sitting at the same table at roll call. The Govenor needs to step in on this and kick the dirt around a bit upon this agency of low rent gun hands.
