This was my first experience of using Barking Mad for my dog Cookie as an alternative to a kennel environment. From the outset and throughout the entire process, I found the service provided to be friendly, caring and professional. Careful consideration was given to find the right host for Cookie and she has just returned from her first holiday and was clearly happy and had been well cared for. Regular updates for me were given during her stay and together with the professional service, the stress of leaving my wee rescue dog was minimised. Photos of Cookie and her host David were much appreciated as was their postcard.
