This was one of my favorite photos from the summer, taken in Singapore. But since it doesnt contain the big 3 requirements to be popular on Facebook (Bright colors, subject clarity, and BOOBS) it wont get no love. And thats okay. I see a lot of great shots on this group, many of which people just scroll on by because it doesnt grab them immediately in their inundated feeds. Dont let it get you down! Just because you didnt get 100 likes doesnt mean it was a bad photo. People get too concerned about likes, myself included. Ive learned over the years though that FB is just a shitty platform to exhibit professional photography. It only embraces what is striking, not necessarily what is quality. So dont put too much credence in the response (or lack thereof) your shots get. If you love it, thats all that really matters! A friendly PSA brought to you by someone bored in the Mojave
