This was similar to what I had planned to build before my life got royally screwed. But I was going to make the centre area into a huge walk in shade house with a child proof pond with water lilies. And there was going to be a six meter wide porch around the entire building with extended 3 meter wide 80% sun block shade cloth that nearly reached the ground to allow ventilation and contained lush grass. I rented a similar set up while living in the bush but it was a shed and I added the very large extended shade area. The grass needed surprisingly little water.
