This was taken on October 17th on one of my adventure across the mountain. I never knew this church existed at all, it is tucked way back among the trees and barely visible. My curiosity make me check it out. It is located not too far into the GSMNP from the Cherokee side, maybe a mile or so in on the right across a bridge and near the campground. Its amazing inside and like all the other churches in The Cove, that same feeling comes across you as you enter. This is rather unkept and not on the path unless you stumble upon it. I thought it was quite pretty and worthy of sharing to the group. Sadly, it has no steeple. :(
