This was the first Christmas where I received clothes and enjoyed receiving them... usually my hips were too wide, legs too chunky, but this year things fit or were too big... out of petite larges and in petite med or even smalls!!.. changing my eating and pushing myself has been quite responsive!... quit listening to personal trainers that thought they knew it all, quit going to dance instructors that definitely looked like they were still battling themselves... I go to trainers that have degrees in sports medicine/nutrition and they understand my disease I am fighting!.. my dance instructors have YEARS experience and beyond in shape!!... This has produced my results on top of my dedication!.. it feels good to see the old Jojo back again... still a long road to maintain it, this disease is hard to control, but I am an Andrews thru and thru and we never give up!!... bring it Hashimotos... you have a hard headed fighter with a nasty streak to her...
