This was the greatest movie I have ever seen. Super Sentai are the color-themed superheroes that were re-edited to be Power Rangers in the US, and Kamen Rider is basically unknown in the west, but both are Japanese tokusatsu adventure series dating back to the 70s or so. Naturally this means that they should have a big movie where they team up (after first battling each other under false pretenses, of course). The final scenes, in which the seemingly victorious villains end up facing every single hero from both series -- every design, every year -- must have had literally 500 people in costume running into a valley at the same time. And the weirdness of the entire movie just slowly leads you into a state of mind such that when -- spoilers -- a giant robot transforms its legs into drills so that, after gravity-slingshotting itself around Saturn, it can kick apart a creature that was formed by two evil spaceships uniting, you think, Yeah, that seems about right. Do yourself a favor and watch this.
