This was the original concept/intention of the Calgary Company The Hear Now......It sponsored the Chuckwagon Tarp/Canvas of Kelly Sutherland if you remember for 3 years for a total of $1 million dollars. (It raised money from investment clubs..each club had 50 or fewer sophisticated investors that contributed 5K each. I was told there was as many as 40+ clubs! How did that work out? That name will remain confidential unless they wish to have it disclosed). The Hear Now made the Talk N Train device that I still have a few of.. essentially a walkie talkie good for 3 KM. It was always their intention of having the GPS feature. Well apparently here is a device that does just that apparently. If true, this could be worth a purchase to find your stray pooch quickly.....
