This week, Bend the Arc submitted comments on the Obama Administration’s proposed regulations that could relieve some of the harmful effects of the Hobby Lobby decision. We joined with NARAL, Planned Parenthood for America and the National Women’s Law Center, among others, to support the Administration’s suggested safeguards ensuring that all women have access to contraceptive health care and their plan to include certain closely held for-profit companies in the existing accommodation for faith-based non-profits.
