This week I have been busy with the local doctors determining what needs to be done to prevent what happened last Thursday from happening again. I had two more head scans yesterday and a corotid artery scan. The corotid artery scan was fine, however, there is a thing in my head - NOTHING NEW HERE. However, my concierge doctor and my rheumatologist are thinking I need to consult with a neurologist ASAP to see if we might not be able to come up with some kind of treatment plan that may minimize or eliminate what happened last Thursday. I will see this neurologist tomorrow. Apparently, he is a guy who deals with more complex issues. They have suggested that I not make any important decisions, sign any legal papers blah, blah, blah until some later date. So I will just have to continue being fabulous until which time that happens We remain satisfied with the decision we made in Sarasota. Thank God we didnt have some doctor house in an ER trying to figure this out. Thank you for your continued patience and prayers for both Doug and I.
