This week I was contacted by an individual who is a qualified patient, posses a valid recommendation from a California Licensed physician and is growing plants in her home. This individual is concerned that he may have been solicited by an undercover officer to obtain medical marijuana. The undercover officer also had a valid recommendation. I was asked whether this person could give medical marijuana to another individual who also poses a valid recommendation. The answer is no. This would be a drug sales transaction subject to criminal prosecution.
