This week Ill be working on being more mindful about listening to my body & hunger cues.....I did this in the beginning of my weight loss journey & had great success with it. It takes time (which Im short on but I think itll be good to slow myself down some). If you are curious about it, a quick google search on intuitive eating will give you an idea about it. What goals are you going to be working on this week?
