This week alone, FIVE nullification bills passed! #nullify In Missouri, a bill to withdraw from common core is off to the Governor’s desk. And a bill to protect electronic communications and data bypasses the governor and goes to a vote by the people this November. In Tennessee and South Carolina, bills to nullify the unconstitutional federal ban on industrial hemp farming passed. Tennessee Gov. Haslam signed the bill and in South Carolina, Gov. Haley is expected to soon. And in Minnesota, a bill to ban warrantless cellphone tracking passed both chambers with only one no vote.
